1. Overview & Commitments
KronosX Inc. (“KronosX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy governs data collected through kronosx.ai and related digital communications.
Critical Healthcare Separation: Customer enterprise healthcare data (e.g., patient records, claims, EHR files) processed through on-premises or VPC deployments of the KronosX platform is governed strictly by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and enterprise master service agreements, NOT by this website privacy policy. KronosX never ingests or commingles customer healthcare data with website systems.
2. Information We Collect on This Website
- Enterprise Contact Details: When you submit a “Request a Demo” inquiry, we collect your name, work email address, organisation name, professional role, and the use case you describe. You also confirm that you have read this policy and agree to our Terms of Service.
- Technical Usage Data: Standard server access logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) and aggregate interaction data.
- Analytics and session recordings: We use a third-party analytics service to see how visitors use the site: clicks, scrolling, page views and recordings of page interactions. The demo request form is masked in these recordings. See section 6.
- Cookies: Essential cookies strictly required for security and form functionality, plus analytics cookies where permitted (section 6). We do not sell personal browsing data.
3. How We Use Information
We use contact data exclusively to:
- Respond to your enterprise demonstration requests and technical inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and provide requested platform architecture whitepapers.
- Maintain site integrity, detect malicious traffic, and ensure operational reliability.
We use analytics data only to understand and improve how the site works.
4. Where Your Information Goes
A demo request is delivered by email to the KronosX team and is not stored in a separate database on our website; the email is the record we keep. It passes through our email provider. Our site runs on a cloud hosting provider, and site analytics are provided by a third-party analytics provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
KronosX Inc. is based in the United States, so information may be processed there and in other countries. Where the law requires it, for visitors in the UK or EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Data Retention & Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party data brokers or advertisers. We retain business contact data only for the duration required to evaluate enterprise partnerships or satisfy legal obligations, and we delete or anonymise it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your Rights
If the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are: acting on your request before a contract (demo requests), our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and your consent for analytics cookies. You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to its use, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Other privacy laws, such as those of US states, give similar rights, and we will honour reasonable requests.
8. Contact Information
If you have questions regarding this privacy policy or wish to exercise any of these rights or request correction or removal of your data, please contact our compliance team:
